Yes, and that is a nice capability, but what of packages that need
TiMidity++ (besides timidity-instruments), like Defendguin? Behold:

[root@soth cooker]# rpm -e TiMidity++
error: removing these packages would break dependencies:
        TiMidity++ >= 2.7.0 is needed by timidity-instruments-1.0-15mdk
        TiMidity++ is needed by defendguin-0.0.9-3mdk
[root@soth cooker]# urpme TiMidity++
To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be removed (13 MB):
defendguin-0.0.9-3mdk timidity-instruments-1.0-15mdk TiMidity++-2.11.3-1mdk
Is it OK? (Y/n) Y
warning: /usr/share/timidity/timidity.cfg saved as
/usr/share/timidity/timidity.cfg.rpmsave
[root@soth chas]# urpmi defendguin
The following packages have to be removed for others to be upgraded:
kdeaddons-3.0.2-3mdk
kdemultimedia-3.0.2-4mdk
kdemultimedia-aktion-3.0.2-4mdk
do you agree ? (Y/n) n
To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed (5 MB):
TiMidity++-2.11.3-1mdk.i586
defendguin-0.0.9-3mdk.i586
Is it OK? (Y/n) Y
installing /mnt/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/TiMidity++-2.11.3-1mdk.i586.rpm
/mnt/contrib/i586/defendguin-0.0.9-3mdk.i586.rpm

Installation failed:
        TiMidity++ conflicts with kdemultimedia-3.0.2-4mdk
        TiMidity++ conflicts with kdemultimedia-3.0.2-4mdk
Try installation without checking dependencies? (y/N) N
[root@soth cooker]#

Something here has to get some --force, and I'd rather apply it to
kdemultimedia after applying it to TiMidity++. THat is, I'd rather
force kdemultimedia over TiMidity++ than force TiMidity++ over
multimedia and risk breaking kdemultimedia.
