[Cooker] that incredibly important "upgradable / upgradeable" issue

FWIW, I asked a friend who's still within my university network (i'm on
holiday ATM) - our uni has a site license for OED - to check oed.com's
opinion on this issue. It seems to allow both, but prefers "upgradable".
