Why?  .0 upgrades have never worked before.  7.0 was
an absolute disaster, and 8.0 wasn't soup, do they
think they're actually gonna get it right this time? 
Considering how overzealous they are about security
(breaking CGI and Indexes) #1 I'd think they'd be
happy installing less modules (should be more secure)
and #2 by now it seems like they don't care about
breaking stuff.
