Hi installed beta 2 and forgot to unplug the 3com USB Camera. Install went through and looking at dmesg I could see lines for driver (with some errors) being loaded for the 3com USB PC Camera. The camera also had the led on (as being active) after the system came up.
Now if I tried to launch X with startx I would get a black screen and the machine would be frozen (No Ctrl-Alt-Bcksp, nor Ctrl-Alt-Del possible). If I unplug the Camera X comes up fine. Just wanted to post this experience. Serge
