One additional nit: on X configuration (4.2.0) there is a graphical
"tree" prompt for a combination resolution and refresh rate, e.g.
        1024x768 @ 70 Hz
I selected the above entry, and the next display prompt was one for
resolution and color depth, but the resolution was reset to 640x480.  It
should be set to whatever I chose on the preceding dialog.
