Hi
the ksplash.desktop is missing in
/usr/share/applnk-mdk/Configuration/KDE/LookNFeel/
the package ksplashml-0.95.2-2mdk give only
/usr/share/applnk/Settings/LookNFeel/ksplash.desktop
and a link to
/usr/share/applnk-mdk/Configuration/KDE/LookNFeel/ksplash.desktop
have to be done to make the ksplash control appear in the kcontrol system
