when you wrote "there's no sound", what do you exactely means ? i understood your mail as there was no driver for your sound card. do you mean that: - apps complains that there's no /dev/dsp, and thus cannot play sound ? - apps complains that they cannot open /dev/dsp, and thus cannot play sound ? - the alsa module isn't load ? - the apps seems to play but there's no sound ?
