After I aborted my first beta3 install, I started again. I think
I missed the prompt for Recommended/Expert, and got Recommended, which
then told me that DrakXXXX had examined my partitions and decided to use
my production Linux partition for root rather than the test one.
I backtracked to "Set Installation class", selected Expert, and then got
the Setup Filesystems graphical partition manager.

The problem is that it had already decided to use the wrong partition
for root. Assigning the "/" mount point to the correct partition did
not remove the mount point from the incorrect partition. I finally
figured out that overtyping the "/" to an empty entry field "unmounted"
the partition, but Joe and Joan Soap aren't going to figure that out.

Suggestions:
(1) the mount point dropdown listbox should include a selection for
"none" or "don't mount"
(2) If you assign to a partition a mount point which is already assigned
to another, the other partition should be unmounted, or at least you
should get a prompt saying that the mount point is already assigned, and
do you want to reassign it.
