no that's ok, you gave the interesting part.

alas i don't understand why the mounting could fail, esp. with
"Invalid argument". As far as the ddebug.log says, losetup did
succeed...

if you could retry your install and try "losetup /dev/loop0"

I have no clue what could be wrong... or maybe losetup exit status is
no good... ??

please find out what's wrong!
