Just mount each CD and use rsync -av to copy the structure and all the files to your mirror space. Then rsync this to the Mandrake mirror of the cooker tree using the fast downloader available from my web site below whenever you want to update your local mirror.
Note that, unlike the beta CDs, the cooker tree you download will not always provide an installable or workable system.
