[Cooker] bug in man; can't set other PAGER

Hi,

If I ``export PAGER=less -c''  I  get  a  garbled  manpage,  same  thing
happens with setting other pagers like most.  This  started  since  last
week.

Only if I ``unset PAGER'' I get a decent manpage.
