Hmm yes urpmi API is launched, it is it who is reporting the
error.

For whatever reason, urpmi can't find the package - I've just
tested and I could install the package with no problem
(ftp://plf.zarb.org/cooker/./i586/gd-utils-1.8.4-7plf.i586.rpm).
Maybe your hdlist is/was corrupted or something..
