[Cooker] Secure links don't work from OOo documents

Clicking an https:// ... link doesn't do anything. This is because, in
Tools | Options | OpenOffice.org | External Programs, there's nothing in
the HTTPS box. (The FTP box could probably be pointed to mozilla as
well).
