No, it is not added by Mandrake actions.. 

The "GNOME menu" is only taking .desktop installed in
/usr/share/applications and /usr/share/gnome/apps which are the default
.desktop shipped by applications authors.. So, either bug openoffice or
GNOME authors for this problem, not us..
