This is a problem that I have been experiencing since
Mandrake 8.x was released and it is still a problem. Mandrake
7.x had no problems with this.
When trying to install I get to the GUI Setup program and the
mouse and keyboard lock. I have noticed a slight difference
between 8.x and 9 Beta 3. In 8.x, it would freeze just after
the PCMCIA Probe. However, in 9 Beta 3, it freezes at the
first screen "Choose your Language".
