Incidentally NetBSD has them on their site: http://www.funet.fi/pub/NetBSD/packages/distfiles/ note the Eterm-bg*.tar.gz files The only thing I did is re-tar/bzip them because there were ones that were duplicated in the Eterm 0.9.1 distribution and I removed them. I can't really say what the original source of these files is though.
