It's currently working perfectly with KDE applications (which look great with it) but I didn't manage to enable it for OpenOffice (or just for one font, and not the one used for menus, normal text, ...) or gtk2 I think it's better to have it for all sizes (it's also great on small fonts which are unreadable without it) in OpenOffice.
