I've had this problem since Beta 2 and it's still present in beta 4. If I reboot from linux, lilo fails to load. If I do a halt from linux, or reboot from WinXP Lilo loads just fine. This is an annoying little bug since I must manually power-down and turn the computer back on to boot again.
