Updates are flawed. Two solutions:
1) Remove the /usr/lib/openoffice/help/es symlink prior to *updating* to
OpenOffice.org-l10n-es.
2) Make sure you update the core OOo, that is
OpenOffice.org-{,libs,l10n-en}. Then, you can safely *install* -l10n-es.
