[Cooker] urpmi always expects a CD to be present in DVD-ROM drive

Hi,

For some reason whenever I run urpmi, it probes the DVD drive for a CD
before it seems to do anything else, even if I'm only installing a file
from the current directory that has no dependencies.  Since my DVD drive
takes a long time to report "hey there is no CD in this drive", I'm
wondering why urpmi needs to do that :-)
