Hi again! It happens a strange thing, that did NOT happen in 8.2: network interfaces are always UP, even if during installation I UN-select the "start at boot" box and I explicitally select "Modem" as default outgoing device. So, when an user start ppp, he cannot go to through the network because of a DNS problem.
