There is a problem with dialog where you have to input root password for some configuration tools. For example if you want to run Software Source Manager. There are two problems that I see: 1. When the dialog is open it takes all the keyboard input. It does so even if another app gets focus. 2. There is no OK button and that may confuse newbies. they might not know they can just press Enter key on keyboard to accept the password they entered.
