Well, last night I took the plunge at last and decided to rc1 my workstation. I have a MS Explorer optical mouse connected through USB and during install it kept dieing with USB Timeouts. It never survived over 3 minutes :/ I ended up using a PS/2 mouse to install. I re-connected my MSE mouse after the install and it has been working without problems, so I figure is a problem either with the install-kernel or with something in the installer itself.
