This is *absolutely* not the business of a distribution to decide. The purpose of an operating system is to enable maximum possible usage of the resources available to a user. It should leave "legitimate" and "illegitimate" uses to the user, his/her conscience, and the law enforcement authorities to decide. -- adamw
