Frdric,
Thanks for the help... I acutally found the needed files on Sunday
but my post didn't show up. There are also some other packages missing
(see below). What I was wondering was why/how these packages got
installed, but not their dependencies? Shouldn't the default be to
install any new dependencies when upgrading a package? Is this a more
general problem with the upgrader? I will include part of the email I
sent Sunday that didn't show up on the cooker list:

Fix:
install libgal19-0.19.3-4mdk.i586.rpm from disk 1

Fix:
install libgal19-0.19.3-4mdk.i586.rpm from disk 1
install libguppi16-0.40.3-1mdk.i586.rpm from disk 2
install libg-wrap2-1.11.11-3mdk.i586.rpm from disk 2
install libgtkhtml20-1.0.4-4mdk.i586.rpm from disk 1

(also note, Guppi required libguppi16 also, and was installed when
libguppi was not... how is this happening?)

I have another machine running 8.2 (not 8.1 unfortunately) waiting to be
upgraded if you guys have some fixes you'd like to test before the
release, let me know.
