I have the same Chipset with a SCSI CD-ROM from Teac (CD-532S)
and I get the message from isolinux that it hat a extremly broken
BIOS detected, though I don't know if it is the SCSI bios
from my Tekram DC390/AM53C974 hostadapter or the Bios from my
board (ABit KX7). isolinux also says
Disk error 01, AX = 4267, drive CD
