[Cooker] no drakconf in menus

[Combelles, Christophe (MED, ALTEN)]

After install of rc2, then full upgrade to latest cooker of this morning,
I cannot find drakconf in any menu (kde, gnome, windowmaker...)

But it is installed and can still be launched from a shell.
