If your tree is in, say, /cooker, just go to /cooker/misc and type ./MakeCD to get a usage message. For example, MakeCD -t /cooker -a /home/myid will build (default) 650MB CDs in /home/myid. MakeCD --discsize 734000000 -t /cooker -a /home/myid will build 700MB CDs. The first CD is bootable, in spite of the fact that the cooker page suggests that you have to run mkisofs yourself for that.
