[Cooker] one minor and one major bug in drakTermServ of drakxtools 1.1.9-50

Here are two bugs in drakTermServ:
        1)  important: There is no text in the header/title at the top of the 
window, just the blue striped background. (I mean the mandrake header, not 
the window manager's header.)
        2) minor: If you click "disable server", without ever enabling it, the 
program dies with this message:
"can't open /etc/exports.mdkTS for reading: No such file or directory"
