Maybe urpmi/rpmdrake could check for these files, and if they exist,
prompt the user to rebuilddb?

And, maybe an icon should be placed on the desktop for update-menus.

These two changes could drop traffic on this list by 5%, and reduce
mandrakeexpert posts probably by 10%.
