All that does is stops msec from setting TMOUT as readonly. It does not *fix* the problem. It's a workaround. I've tried to get the people having this problem to send me the correct scripts so that I can fix it. But nobody will do it. So if you want to help... reinstall msec. See that you're still getting the issue. Then send me the files in /etc/profile.d /etc/bashrc /etc/profile ~/.bashrc ~/.bash_profile ~/.bash_login ~/.profile You may or may not have some of these files but that's okay.
