I opened Printerdrake. It displayed the list of two printers that are connected to the remote print server. Both printers were correctly identified and were under the CUPS heading. I double clicked on one of the printers (Lexmark T520 PS), expecting to see details on that printer's configuration. Instead, the Printerdrake screen went blank (only the menu buttons on the left-hand side were visible). When I clicked on one of the other menu options, I was told that my unsaved changes would be lost (how could I change anything if I couldn't even see it?) if I continued. -----end quoted text----- -- Alan
