My tries lead to ISOs quite OK in size, arround 678000000 to 684000000 for 681000000. Which filesystem type your cooker tree is on? (I may suspect incorrect file size probind leading to far to BIG ISOs). Anyway could you do this command and send me the mkcd.log ? mkcd --discsize 734000000 -t /mnt/disk/iso -a -c 3 /mnt/hd/cooker &> mkcd.log -- Warly
