[Cooker] USB Mouse

I have an MSI KT3 Ultra (MS 6380E) with both USB 1.1 and USB 2.0, when 
I installed both rc2 and rc3 I was unable to use my Microsoft USB wheel 
mouse.  I looked at the modules that were running and all of the 
necessary usb modules where loaded. If i reloaded the modules the light 
on the mouse would come on for a few minutes and then shut off.  Once I 
installed rc3 I was able to use my mouse by using the older 2.4.18.
