I updated my java to 1.4.0 and tried to install ViaVoice afterwards on my
8.2 system to find that the javascript would always fail. I fixed this by
installing the java package from 8.0 CD just until I finished the setup of
ViaVoice; if I remember correctly, everything worked fine after that (I
could even put java 1.4.0 back on my system with no problems).
