As was stated, this email address is not subscribed to the list. The hotmail address that is listed in the headers is not subscribed to the list. The network that owns the IP address that the connection is made from does not have any email addresses subscribed to the list. Finally, the rewritten list headers have a domain in it that has no email addresses subscribed to the list. It will take a specialized mass mailing to detect which address is doing this. After 9.0 is out, this will get done (but probably not by me). Blue skies...
