FYI, I havn't tested it yet, but my search at Toshiba's site for BIOS info, led me to 'debouce keys', which led me here: http://linux.toshiba-dme.co.jp/ML/tlinux-users/2300/2390.html
There's a slew of ways to (hopefully) fix the issue, which seems to be some pieces of hardware sending 2 keyup events (Funny, it's opposite of my Wine issue where the mouse L button up is never called ;) Will report tomorrow.
