did you install 9.0final as a clean install? I would suggest to backup 
personal files and do so... not just for mozilla, but for whatever other 
files left over from previous bad RPMs...

I did just that here and everything works as expected so far: Zaurus 
(usbdnet), Scanner (scsi2), CD Burner(scsi2), Zip (scsi),  USB Camera 
(zoomcam), Geforce2 card (latest drivers from nvidia.com), ... you get the 
idea...

Make sure that the permissions for your own home directory are right:
# chown -R MYUSERNAME /home/MYUSERNAME

Do that command if and only if you don't need special permission settings 
for other daemons (if your computer runs as a server for something and you 
need to keep files under certain usernames).

Lastly, sorry I treated your question as if you were a newbie; I did it on 
purpose just in case a newbie happens to read this later...
