How about you do what every one else does, aka RTFM, and see that you should hit the sync button, wait a few seconds, then hit tell the software to let rip. if i don't hit the hotsync button then open the program the program errors out with "device not found" if i then hit the button then run the program and click the hotsync icon it never starts the Sync! (and i did read what FM there was none of which is current and lists what devices are used for USB HotSync)
