EBD floppy into drive, type:
dd if=/dev/fd0 | gzip > win98-ebd.disk.gz
Email the (compressed) result. To write one of these out to a floppy:
gunzip < win98-ebd.disk.gz | dd of=/dev/fd0
Many systems you can even leave out dd (gzip < /dev/fd0 > win98-ebd.disk.gz).
