Attached patch enables full support for fs=auto in supermount. Currently if
you want to use fs=auto you cannot specify NLS flags (iocharset and/or
codepage) because ext2 and UDF choke on them.

The attached patch is the most simple and least intrusive solution - it just
adds some extra dummy options to ext2 and UDF. I have sent it several months
ago but it seems to have been lost.

I Cc to cooker in hope it may be finally pushed in by somebody else as it
happened with NFS stale handle supermount patch :-)
