  I can confirm that it isn't fixed...I had the same problem as
  Malcom-Rannirl yesterday when I decided to upgrade my mom's computer
  to 9.0...old reiserfs partition, converted to ext3, got a notail in
  return...had to stick the CD back in to fix it by hand.
