Here is exactly what I run
./MakeCD  --discsize 4700000000 -t /public -a -s      
/var/ftp/pub/mirrors/Mandrake-devel/cooker/i586  2>&1 | tee ~/tmp/Cooker.log

You will get this because RPMS.cooker is symlinked to RPMS and therefore all 
rpms are seen twice (only get one copy in generated ISO)

It would probably be better if identical duplicates (same timestamp etc..) were 
ignored.
