It was never removed, just renamed (the package):
$> rpm -qf /usr/bin/cervisia
kdesdk-3.0.3-5mdk

to install it just do:
#> urpmi cervisia

it's inside kdesdk, and it depends on kdelibs...

since I don't use KDE (don't even install it), I have to install Cervisia 
like that...
