I have the problem in a diferent way. Sounds are there for Gnome events, but it's not working with the 'Inbox Monitor', 'PowerManga' and other applications.
Everything works perfectly with my SB Live! in one computer. The other computer with a ES1371 has all the other sound problems... And I have a 3rd. one with an old ISA SoundBlaster, where the sound is also not working properly, just like the one with the ES1371 sound card. Any Idea, what to do?
