Do you have openssh-askpass or openssh-askpass-gnome installed?  (I 
think those are the correct filenames, I'm out of town for a few days 
so I can't check exactly).  IIRC, ssh-askpass is provided by one of 
these packages.

Do:

urpmf /usr/lib/ssh/ssh-askpass

and see what it tells you.
