Hi,

I just installed kdelibs-3.1-0.beta2.10 and noticed that
/usr/bin/kpac_dhcp_helper is installed with mode 0755. It's a helper for
automatic proxy discovery via DHCP and needs to be installed suid root to
work (to bind to the bootpc port). So, is it intended such that admins need
to explicitly enable it by chmod +s'ing it or just by mistake?
If there are any particular security concerns besides minimizing suid
binaries, please speak up so I can fix those :-)

Regards,
-Malte
