[Cooker] rescan scsi bus..... and add new devices.

One thing that would be nice is the ability to discover a new scsi device without being obliged to reboot, or to type commands like `echo "scsi add-single-device a b c d" > /proc/scsi/scsi` (maybe you don't know a b c d)


I have joined a small script that can discover and add new devices to the scsi chain.

This script could be added to the hardrake.
