Tried both new kernels that is kernel-2.4.19.17mdk and kernel-2.4.19.18mdk-1-1mdk and system just reboots iteself as soon as lilo loads. with command line option of pci=noacpi lets the linux load but it crawls! slower then a very old 286! kernel rnel-2.4.19.16mdk-1-1mdk works just fine as did all the versions befor it.
