FYI on follow up.. I look forward to trying this when I get home.. I installed the prism2-utils package from Mandrake and I still can't start the eth1 device (operation not supported when I try to start kismet_monitor) and lots of errors regarding wrong ESSID, etc when I 'ifup eth1' although I could find nothing in any configuration file..
